Requirements

1. Application letter addressed to the Head of Mission requesting for the sevice.

2. Copy of a valid Passport or ID;

3. Photocopy of official titles of the land, property or assets of the subject matter.

3. Applicant physical address in the Sudan and contact information

4. Names and ID of their representative

5. Location of the property in Rwanda (village, cell, sector, district and province)
6. Payment Slip that proves  applicant has paid in 10 USD service charges in Blue Nile Masherq Bank at account Number 67974417
