The Rwandan Community in Sudan is generally small and their period of stay in Sudan varies from profession to profession as well as their respective job contracts.
The Community is comprised of Rwandan students at the International University of Africa, United Nations staff, other regional and international organizations, Engineers involved in construction business, and until very recently Peacekeepers who served in the Joint UN-African Union Mission in Darfur (UNAMID).
Rwanda Diplomatic Mission maintains good contact with all Rwandans in its jurisdiction and provides consular services as and whenever required.
The Rwanda Diplomatic Mission also mobilize members of the Rwandan Community to sustainably contribute to Rwanda’s overall development as well as for participating in different national programs and events of national interest.
